Cancellation Policy — Massage Events
We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate unexpected circumstances. Because massage events require advance preparation, therapist scheduling, travel coordination, and dedicated time reserved exclusively for your event, adequate notice is required for cancellations or changes. To ensure we can provide exceptional service while respecting the time and availability of our therapists and other clients, Aqua Luna Wellness requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for event cancellations or significant scheduling changes.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled event service total will apply.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled event service total will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full scheduled event service total will be charged.
