Service Agreement
By reserving a treatment with Aqua Luna Wellness, you acknowledge your consent to receive services. You affirm that you are medically cleared for the treatments selected, and confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to all Aqua Luna Wellness policies and procedures.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and your time is valuable — as is ours. We strive to accommodate unexpected schedule challenges to the best of our abilities. However, please keep in mind that each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and travel time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service and respect for all clients’ schedules, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice (no call/no show) will be charged the full service fee.
• Habitual Cancellations: Clients with three (3) or more consecutive cancellations will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before additional appointments may be scheduled. Future booking privileges will be temporarily suspended until the balance is satisfied. This policy helps Aqua Luna Wellness protect reserved appointment times and maintain fair scheduling availability for all clients.
